Send us the ENQUIRY FORM and we shall check availability of the dates, accommodation and any special requests that you have. We will get back to you within one or two days to let you know if the accommodation is available, and if we can meet your special requests. If so, and if you are happy to continue, we can then proceed with the booking form and payment of your deposit. Note that we have a small window in which we can keep your accommodation reservation for you. This means that your deposit needs to have reached us no later than 5 working days from the day on which you let us know that you want to proceed. You pay the remainder 2 months before the start of your break/holiday here. If your initial contact is less than 2 months in advance, you need to pay the full amount directly.
Payment can be made by electronic bank transfer or international money transfer via your bank.
Of course, you need to arrange your own air travel to and from Eindhoven Airport and we recommend that you book well in advance, both in terms of reservations here on the ground, and in terms of flight prices. Air travel, even with Ryanair, is becoming more expensive and the earlier you book, the cheaper it will be. If you book early, and in the off-season, you can still get an all-in ticket for under €50 p.p., including baggage. If you book late, it might cost you €150 p.p. or more.
Note that this area is very popular with the Dutch themselves. The holiday periods and weekends tend to be booked out well in advance, and so are bicycles for large groups (a small number of bicycles is always available). When you book late, your best bet will be mid-week stays, camping and group accommodation. But even then, there might be a problem booking bikes, so it is best to book early! To avoid disappointment, we recommend that you do not approach us less than 2 months in advance of your visit at the very least. At least 6 months in advance would be much more likely to give good results! However, we will do our best to find lodgings for you if you approach us less than 2 months in advance of your intended visit.

Below is an indication of prices at 2007 rates. Conversion rates to British Pounds are indicative only, and date from November 2007. Note that we charge 10% on top of any package you make with us.
Accommodation

Group accommodation from around €13/night (all in and depending on the number of persons) and going from very basic (sleeps 8 people per room, to holiday homes).
